When you contact A1 to start the mediation process, we will reach out to the other party to explain the benefits of mediation and bring them on board.
After a joint meeting with both parties, the mediator will meet with each party separately.
The mediator’s role is to serve as an objective officiator, guiding the process and the people involved to a mutually agreeable solution.
Unlike with court cases that can take years to resolve, with mediation, a solution may be reached in as little as a few hours or several months, depending on the particular case.
